Nathan Leigh
Managing Director
I am a ‘Gold Card’ electrician by trade, with proven experience in all aspects of electrical installation and my leading role within the business is to focus on live projects, ensuring all aspects of the client’s plan are delivered on time and within the specified budgets.
The client relationship is especially important to both me and the business, and I take pride in ensuring the clients are kept fully informed of end-to-end project progress, from design to delivery. When necessary, whether to ensure standards are maintained or expectations are exceeded, I will act decisively and make quick decisions in challenging situations, to mitigate any negative impact on our client.
Creating great working relationships is essential. I collaborate closely with colleagues both on-site and within our head office, making time to understand what is important to individuals, encouraging personal development and growth, and leading to even better results.
When I am not working, I like spending quality time with my family and close friends and really enjoy football, boxing and playing golf.

Benjamin Achampong
Managing Director
My trade and background are in all aspects of electrical installation, I have ‘Approved Electrician’ status and have held a registered NICEIC qualified supervisor for over 10 years. In addition to my current qualifications, I am also studying Electrical Design to develop my skills and knowledge, enhancing our overall business capabilities.
I am predominately responsible for managing the technical aspects of the business, collaborating closely with our clients on their upcoming projects from initial enquiries, through to tender, onto implementation, and final delivery.
Our business has delivered a wider variety of key projects for our valued clients including Royal College of Surgeons, Wholefoods Richmond, and 25 Ropemaker Street and 52-54 Farringdon Lane, for which we were shortlisted for an Architectural Brillance award.
After 11 successful years, my key focus remains on delivering high-quality results, ensuring each project completed by Leiach Electrical Contractors Ltd is delivered on time and within agreed budgets.
I am driven to achieve impressive results in partnership with our clients, enabling continued growth and expansion across our respective businesses.
Outside of the business, I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, getting out on the golf course and I am a Ju-jitsu practitioner.

Terri Wallington
Business Support Manager
My background is in banking, most of which was spent within corporate service and client support divisions, managing teams of between 3 and 80 colleagues, delivering exceptional client service and just as importantly, driving a positive colleague engagement culture.
Within Leiach Electrical Contractors Ltd, my role is to ensure our business practices are robust, accurate and cost efficient, colleagues are fully supported to be the best they can be and to continue exploring new opportunities that will enhance client results, their experience and grow our business.
I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them and building great long-lasting relationships for the future, creating a valuable network of likeminded, collaborative individuals and stakeholders, which in turn supports our clients and our many projects.
Outside of work you will find me spending lots of time with my family, catching up with friends and taking holidays when and where I can.
